Welcome to the “Six Senses Shaharut – The Shop” website, which offers for sale cosmetics, furniture, clothing, ceramic products, and other items as detailed on the website.
The owner and operator of the Website is Negav & Galil Entrepreneurship Ltd., Company No. 514012624 (hereinafter: “the Website” or “the Website Operator”). The online shop is operated and managed solely by the Website Operator as an independent legal entity and is not operated by the Six Senses Shaharut hotel itself.

General
These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the Website and any individual browsing and/or using the Website and the information contained therein (each referred to as “the Customer” or “the User”).
Any use of the Website and its contents, including browsing, reviewing, and purchasing through it, is subject to these Terms and Conditions and to all applicable law. Users are requested to carefully read these terms.
A user is not obligated to agree to these Terms and Conditions, but anyone who does not agree is required to exit the Website immediately and refrain from any use thereof.
By using the Website, the user agrees to all the terms herein without limitation or reservation and waives any claim or demand, directly or indirectly, against the Website, its operators, owners, managers, or anyone on their behalf.
Use of the Website
The Website and its content are intended for the user’s personal and private use only. Any commercial use, including copying, distribution, transmission, public display, or creating derivative works from the Website’s content, is prohibited without the Website Operator’s prior written consent.
The user undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, in good faith, and in a reasonable manner. Any misuse, including attempts at unauthorized access, providing false details, or exploiting malfunctions, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
Any person or entity performing any action on the Website, including making a purchase, declares by doing so that he or she has read and understood these Terms and agrees to be bound by them.
The user confirms they are legally competent to perform binding legal acts. Minors (under 18) must inform their legal guardian of the Website’s provisions and obtain approval prior to using the Website.
Website Information and Content
All content and publications on the Website are provided as-is. The Website Operator does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of the content and will not be held responsible for any reliance on it.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding. As some products are handmade, slight deviations in color, size, or weight may occur compared to what appears on screen. The Website Operator makes every effort to minimize these deviations. The user hereby waives any claim regarding such differences.
The Website Operator may at any time change the content of the Website, product offerings, or services, replace or add products, or remove products or services at its sole discretion without prior notice.
The Website may offer promotions and discounts and may terminate them at any time without notice. Double discounts are not allowed unless expressly stated.
Placing an Order
To place an order, the user must provide basic personal details required for product delivery and billing, including full name, address, email, phone number, and payment details. The user undertakes to provide accurate details.
The Website Operator may cancel an order or block a user who provides false information or causes harm to the Website’s operations. Knowingly providing false details may constitute a criminal offense and expose the user to civil and criminal liability.
By placing an order, the user authorizes the Website Operator to charge their payment method immediately after order completion. The transaction is completed only after the Website Operator receives payment authorization and confirms product availability.
Order confirmation will be sent via email. If not received, the user must contact customer service. Records in the Website Operator’s computer system serve as conclusive evidence of the transaction.
If the requested product is not in stock, the order will be canceled or replaced, and the user will be refunded accordingly.
Product Quality and Responsibility
The Website Operator bears no responsibility for direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, data loss, wasted time, or inconvenience caused by use of or reliance on any content, data, or product on the Website.
Responsibility for proper use of products rests solely with the customer. Any use contrary to manufacturer instructions or unreasonable use releases the Website Operator from any liability.
Product Delivery
Shipping fees:
– Home delivery: up to 45 NIS depending on package size and weight, added to product prices, for delivery within Israel.
– Free delivery on orders of 500 NIS or more.
– Free self-pickup from the store with prior coordination.
The Website uses HFD Logistics Ltd. or other couriers at its discretion. Delivery is subject to the courier’s terms.
Orders are prepared and transferred to the courier within 5 business days of order approval, with delivery within 5 business days (or up to 7 days for remote areas). Delays may occur during peak periods.
If incorrect details are provided, the Website Operator is not responsible for failed deliveries and may charge additional shipping fees.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Order cancellations comply with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection (Order Cancellation) Regulations, 2010.
A customer may cancel a purchase within 14 business days of receiving the product, subject to a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. If the product has already been shipped, a full refund minus shipping and 5% cancellation fee applies.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging. Clothing must be returned within 48 hours, unworn, with tags attached. The Website Operator has sole discretion to determine product condition and may refuse returns if used.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade names, website design, code, and content, are the exclusive property of the Website Operator. No copying, reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works is permitted without prior written consent.
Data Security and Privacy
The Website Operator manages its databases in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, including Amendment No. 13, and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017.
Reasonable technological and organizational measures are applied to safeguard personal data. In the event of a significant data security incident, the Website Operator will comply with all legal reporting obligations, including notifying the Privacy Protection Authority and users if required.
The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Discontinuation of Website Activity
The Website reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, discontinue operations, or cancel customer orders at any time at its sole discretion. In such cases, customers will be refunded in full and will have no further claims.
Miscellaneous
These Terms apply to the Website and its services across all devices (computers, mobile phones, tablets) and networks. The Website Operator may modify these Terms without prior notice. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the latest Terms.
In the event of discrepancies between these Terms and any other publication or information, these Terms prevail. If any provision is found illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Product prices include VAT but exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Final prices are those shown at checkout.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from use of the Website are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the competent courts in Tel Aviv.

Negav & Galil Entrepreneurship Ltd., Company No. 514012624 (hereinafter: “the Company” or “the Website Operator”), operating the Six Senses Shaharut – The Shop (hereinafter: “the Website”), respects the privacy of the users and is committed to protecting it in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, including Amendment No. 13, the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017, applicable legal provisions, and the PCI DSS security standard regarding payment processing.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Website Operator treats the privacy of its users and clarifies how personal data is collected, stored, managed, and used. Use of the Website constitutes consent to this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection
- When using the Website and making purchases, users voluntarily provide personal information, including: full name, phone number, email address, and shipping address. This information is required for product purchases, delivery, billing, and customer service.
- Technical data is collected automatically during website use, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, approximate geographic location, browsing data, visited pages, and navigation paths.
- Data concerning purchases, order history, payments, and invoices is collected to enable proper documentation, customer service, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- The Website does not store credit card details. Payment information is entered at the time of purchase and sent directly to the authorized payment processor, which operates under strict security standards such as PCI DSS. The Company does not have access to or store these details.
- If login mechanisms of third parties (e.g., Google, Facebook, TikTok) are used, additional information may be transferred to the Website, subject to the permissions granted by the user to those third parties.
- All collected data is subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, Amendment No. 13 (2023), the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017, the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Amendment 40, 2008, and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
- Minors under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Website and provide personal data.
- Personal data is stored in legally registered databases and managed on servers located in Israel. The data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Once the data is no longer needed, the Company will delete or anonymize it in a reasonable and lawful manner.

- The collected information is primarily used for processing transactions, payment handling, product delivery, customer service, and communication with the user, including updates on promotions, events, benefits, order status, and new collections, in accordance with the user’s preferences and the Website Operator’s policies.

- Subject to the user’s consent, the Company may use contact details to send updates, offers, special promotions, and marketing content. The user may unsubscribe at any time via an unsubscribe link included in each communication or by contacting customer service.

- Users must actively opt-in to receive such communications. Consent is not mandatory for using the Website, but without it, marketing updates will not be sent. Each marketing message will include a clear and simple option to unsubscribe.
- The Website Operator may remove or block users from the mailing list at its sole discretion, including cases of incorrect details, abuse of the mailing list, violation of the site’s terms, or as required by law.
- The Website may display third-party advertisements. The Website Operator is not responsible for the content of these advertisements.
Data Security
- The Website Operator places great importance on the security of users’ personal information and applies reasonable measures in compliance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017.
- The Website is secured by SSL encryption to ensure that communications between the user’s device and the Website servers are encrypted. Hosting is provided by SiteGround with a Security Optimizer system performing regular security checks and providing weekly reports. Credit card details are not stored by the Website Operator. Payment processing is handled by Pelecard via a dedicated plugin.
- Despite these measures, the Company cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized intrusion or data breaches. The Website Operator will not be liable for damages resulting from cyberattacks, technological failures, or force majeure events. In the event of a severe data breach, the Company will comply with its legal obligations, including notification to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority and affected users, if required.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
- The Website Operator may share personal data with third parties strictly as necessary to operate the Website and the online shop, particularly for order processing, invoice generation, and product delivery.
- These include:
– Payment processing providers via dedicated plugins.
– Automated invoice systems integrated with payment systems.

Users have the right to access information held about them and to request correction or deletion of incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated data. Users may also request deletion of information used for direct contact.
Requests must be submitted in writing via the email address provided or through the Website’s Contact Us form. The Website Operator may require reasonable identification of the requester to protect user privacy.
Requests will be handled within a reasonable period, subject to applicable laws.
